Shipping & Delivery

How long does it take to process an order?

Our order processing times can vary, but we aim to have your order ready within 1-3 business days. If you have a particular date in mind for receiving your order, please feel free to email us at hello@adventables.com, and we'll do our best to make it happen!

How long does it take for my order to arrive once shipped?

Orders take 5-7 business days to deliver via standard shipping, depending on where they're going. We are on the East Coast, so consider that distance when placing an order. 

We currently do not offer expedited shipping options, but stay tuned for that update to happen soon!

Can I change the shipping address if my order has already shipped?

Regrettably, address change requests cannot be processed once an order has been shipped. We apologize for any inconvenience. Please review your order confirmation email upon placing your order. We will happily accommodate any shipping address changes before the shipment.

My order says it was delivered, but my recipient never got it.

If the package seems to have gone on a little adventure of its own, don't worry! It's worth giving your front yard, backyard, lobby, or wherever a good search. Sometimes, parcels have a sneaky way of blending in. It happens more often than you'd think!

If tracking shows your order as delivered but it's playing hide and seek, reach out to hello@adventables.com. We will do everything we can to assist you.

However, in those rare instances where the package is MIA despite our best efforts, it could be due to a range of reasons, like it being swiped or misplaced. Unfortunately, we're not able to offer refunds or replacements for lost or stolen packages right now. We recommend filing a claim with the carrier, and we'll gladly do the same on our end to help out!

Do you ship internationally?

We're shipping all over the United States, including those awesome spots like Hawaii and Alaska! So wherever you are, we've got you covered with our delivery magic!

Unfortunately, we are not currently shipping internationally.

What's your return/exchange policy?

Oopsie daisy! We don't do returns, but if you're feeling a bit blue about your purchase, shoot us a message pronto at hello@adventables.com and let's see if we can sprinkle some happiness your way!

I changed my mind, can I cancel my order?

No, unfortunately, we do not accept order cancellations.

My box is a gift - I don't want a receipt or any prices included.

We always keep in mind that Adventables are almost always a gift – that's why you won't find any receipts or inventory slips in our boxes. We love keeping things neat and beautiful, so we don't mess with the packaging by removing tags or crossing out labels. Most of our products don't have big price tags to begin with, and if they do, they're quite tiny. Keeping it simple and sweet!

What's inside each Adventables countdown box?

Rest assured, what you see on every product page is precisely what we'll send your way. If by some rare chance an item is out of stock, don't worry! Our friendly gifting specialists will personally reach out, offering options of equal or even greater value (and style) to keep your gifting experience top-notch!
